The origin

We started because of the annoyance in the area of surveys. Because let’s be honest; no one likes filling out surveys nowadays! The objective that arises from this is to make giving feedback fun (again) for the enquirer and the giver. By responding to the experiences of the user and inspiring organisations with practical knowledge and expertise on feedback processes. 

Our commitment

We provide structure, unity & flexibility in the underlying needs by means of a holistic approach. By doing this, we can offer you every solution on the market. Organisations want insights and not to get stuck in a feedback tool. We sell the insights, relieving organisations of designing and executing the feedback process from A to Z. It’s a trade to do this well.

The future of Customer Experience

People will never stop going out to meet their peers, practice sports and have physical interaction. Not if we make sure that doing something physical will be a magical thing. And it will only be magical if we make it so.

Experience is becoming the only thing that gets us out there. More and more we do all the practical stuff from our phones using the internet. We don’t go to a store to buy a new phone, we go to the store for the experience of trying the phone or having an employee help us choose the right one. We don’t go out eating to feed ourselves, we can easily order food or cook it at home. We go out for dinner to enjoy this experience, whether alone or together with friends.

The main question is: “What is most important to be improved first and how will that impact our customer experience?” With Satys we help organisations to answer this.
